Dear Sir,

I have great pleasure in announcing that the Board of Control, upon appreciation of your proposition to form a Colony at Wild Fowl Bay passed a resolution reserving all the state Swamp Lands in the Towns you need from sale for the purpose of appropriating them to the use of your Colony as explained by me.
